Processing Tanks
The G.C.L range of Safer PCB processing tanks, which have proven popular with
both industry and education for production of Printed Circuit Boards, now
have new style vacuum formed base units with wide angled feet for extra stability.
Tank inserts are also constructed from vacuum formed polypropylene, selected
for it's inherent resistance to chemicals and feature plate welded seams for
strength and resistance to heat distortion.
All units incorporate a drip channel in the tank support plate to help keep
surrounds clean. Frequently used sealed electrical controls are mounted in
the angled top control panel to allow units to be let into work surfaces for
permanent installation.
M3 PCB Processor

Heated DEVELOP, SPRAY WASH with an electrically operated solenoid valve and
heated BUBBLE ETCH TANK in a single self contained unit suitable for portable
use or letting into work surface for permanent installation.
Supplied with 1.5m. mains lead, syphon and instruction manual.
Bubble Etch Tank
- Product code Z6007
Bubble air agitation for fast removal of unwanted copper from laminate. A
ball-trap mechanism prevents chemical ingress into the air pump. The 600W
silica sheathed heater ensures fast warm up. Thermostatic control provides
consistent results from board to board. Full width holding basket to facilitate
board insertion and removal from chemicals. Mains lead 1.5m, ready fitted
with plug.

Develop Tank -

Fitted with thermostatic controlled, silica sheathed 600W heater to ensure
fast warm up. Mains lead 1.5, ready fitted with plug.

Spray Wash Tank - Product
code Z6006
Incorporates twin spray bars to ensure efficient removal of chemicals
prior to the follow on process. A 1.5m, 3/4 inch BSP screw type inlet hose
is provided and a 1.6m length of flexible drain hose is fitted to the drain
stub. Control of the water spray is by an electrically operated solenoid water
valve. Mains lead 1.5m, ready fitted with plug.
Complies to local water authority by-laws for connection to mains water supply.

Electroless Tin Tank

High temperature Electroless, tinning salts tank, fitted with thermostatic
controlled, silica sheathed 600W heater to ensure fast warm up. Mains lead
1.5m ready fitted with plug.
